A Message From Natalie Harris

Dear Wings of Change Community,

I want to express my deepest appreciation for the strength and resilience that defines our community.

When Wings of Change Peer Support began, the vision was simple yet powerful – to create a space where public safety personnel, frontline workers, and their families could find solace, understanding, and support. As the founder, it warms my heart to witness the growth of our community and the positive impact we have had on one another.

Our peer-led, solution-based discussions have become a beacon of hope for those navigating the complexities of operational stress injuries and mental health challenges. The willingness of our members to share their experiences and offer support reflects the true spirit of camaraderie that defines Wings of Change.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each member who has actively participated in discussions, facilitated meetings, listened with empathy, and contributed to the inclusive and confidential environment we have cultivated. Your commitment to our community has made Wings of Change a sanctuary for healing and understanding.

I would also like to acknowledge the generosity of local organizations and businesses that have selflessly provided meeting spaces, allowing us to continue our mission without financial burden.

As we move forward, let us remain united in our dedication to peer support. Together, we can continue to make Wings of Change a source of strength, compassion, and resilience for all who seek refuge within our community.

Thank you for being an integral part of Wings of Change Peer Support.

With gratitude,

Natalie Harris
